I specialise in reflexology because I know it can make a difference to the way we feel. This has been known for thousands of years.

 

 

• In 1990 I began as a voluntary therapist with the Red Cross before qualifying in conventional reflexology in 1997.
• I continued to study advanced techniques with Patricia Morrell to qualify as a registered Morrell Reflex Touch Practitioner in 1998.
• I am a Reiki Master and have been practicing since 2000.
• I am now a Senior Practitioner and Advisor with the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.
• I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, the foremost aspirational and independent professional association for reflexology in the UK.
• Since 2006 I have worked as a specialist therapist with Somerset Cancer Care and St. Margaret's Hospice.
• I am an approved NHS practitioner

Post graduate training has included maternity reflexology training, cancer care training, stress management, nutrition and diet, therapeutic massage, sports injuries massage, the Metamorphic Technique with Gaston Saint-Pierre, cranio sacral therapy, NLP, energy and vibrational healing/chakra balancing and counseling.

I am registered with NHS Services who only accept the highest qualified complementary therapists who have met the strictest standards of reflexology practice.

I am recognised by the National Health Service and the Patients Aid Association for referrals and by many private insurance schemes. Full professional insurance is maintained and run by the Confederation of Healing Organisations.

I hold a Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid in the Workplace.
